This guard post is a versatile portable bollard available for a wide variety of uses - indoors and out. Guard Post™ is 48" tall, tapers from 5" x 5" (125 x 125mm), with a 14" (355mm) diameter round base. Each side of the guard post has a 2.5" x 20" (63 x 500mm) inset available to place reflective tape or other signage. This water-tight hollow portable bollard can be filled with ballast to increase stability or can be attached with fasteners into a floor, dock, or any other flat base. It can also be staked to the ground if used away from pavement.
Sentry Guard Post's removable top is designed to work with a plastic chain for traffic control. The top allows for chain to pass through a slot, featuring a round opening for chain attachment options. The cap is easily removed to give access inside the post. Ballast, such as sand or water, can be added through the top. When done, the cap can be removed from the portable bollard, the ballast poured out, and Guard Post becomes lightweight for moving and storing.
The unique colors available make this product a handsome addition to any venue. This portable bollard provides function, without making the area look like a construction site. Some of the available colors mimic the look of stone or metal, making this lightweight product appear much more permanent.
