Provide safe-crossings in your private parking lots without the need to provide a power source. Specifically engineered and designed for providing improved crossing safety and control. The AOIS industrial crosswalks solution(s) come with a pair of push-button activated LED enhanced signs that are incredibly bright and signal to motorists to allow for pedestrians to cross. These units are solar powered through (2) 13 watt solar power panels and wirelessly activated and require little to no maintenance after installation is completed. No electrical access is required. Many privately owned facilities have large entry/exit spaces that cause pedestrian-vehicle interactions. These systems will provide enhanced safety, visibility and a distinguishable area where pedestrian/employee foot-traffic should be designated and monitored. You can choose between either a 30" and/or 36" pedestrian LED enhanced crossing sign (MUTCD sign legend reference W11-2). Dual radios, solar panels and push-buttons are all includes in the price. Poles and downward traffic signs are not included, but a universal (top-of pole) mounting bracket is included and can accommodate a mount to round poles that are 2-3/8" to 4.5" in their outside diameter, or mount to square posts that are 2"-2-1/2" in size. AOIS recommends using a 4.5" OD (signal) pole that is more robust to withstand high-winds, although these system can accommodate mounting to smaller posts such as 2-3/8" round or 2"x2" square posts.
